401k is available to full and part-time employees.
Contribute at least 4% Pre-Tax or ROTH to get the full 3% Match.
Match breakdown: 100% of first 2%, 50% of next 2%.
Auto-Enroll Feature for New Hires: All employees auto-enrolled at 4% after 90 days. Auto-increases yearly up to 8%.
