  • Managing your Plan

    Retirement Accounts are through JP Morgan Chase. Check out your account at retirementlink.jpmorgan.com or by downloading the J.P. Morgan Retirement Link App. This video can help you access the retirement resources on J.P. Morgan Retirement Link.

    Additional Information

    The 401k plan is available to both full and part-time employees. The options to contribute are: Pre-Tax, ROTH, and Voluntary/After Tax. Contribute at least 4% pre tax or ROTH to get the full 3% Match. Pohanka matches 100% of the first 2% contributed and 50% of the next 2% contributed (pre-tax or ROTH).

    Auto-Enroll Feature for New Hires

    All employees are auto-enrolled in a 401k plan effective after 90 days of employment. Auto Enroll starts at 4% for a maximum match of 3% and includes an auto-increase each year up to 8% with a 3% max match.
