Fitness Tips with Honda of Fredericksburg

We asked three employees at HOF to tell us what their best fitness tips are.

They emphasized the importance of staying mentally and physically healthy while being in the automotive industry. Healthy eating was a significant topic of discussion, as time constraints and convenience were noted to be primary obstacles in consuming nutritious meals throughout the day. They also stressed the fact working out and achieving one’s fitness goals is doable with the proper plan and rest.  

Honda of Fredericksburg is a dealership that prides itself in prioritizing health and wellness.

We had the chance to speak with Ray O’Bryhim, the dealer-operator at Honda of Fredericksburg. He told us about the various initiatives that the dealership has implemented over the years, the latest of which being an exclusive, discounted membership cost for HOF employees at the local YMCA. Ray estimates around 25 employees to be utilizing this resource.
